Whether you start in Berlin, Hamburg, Cologne, Leipzig or Frankfurt…You can relax as you take the high-speed ICE train to Munich followed by the EuroCity express train to Jenbach before changing to the Zillertalbahn train or the Tyrol train station shuttle.  If you hold a BahnCard and/or take advantage of special offers, the journey to Zillertal can start from just EUR 39.90 for second class travel, and even as little as EUR 19.90 from Munich.

FREE ARRIVAL BY TRAIN: Almost all international trains stop in Jenbach. Use the digital guest card from 06.12.2024 until 21.04.2025 as a ticket for your free arrival and departure with the Zillertalbahn from Jenbach and from the Zillertal back to Jenbach.

For families: Your own children and grandchildren under 15 years of age travel with you free of charge. Train tickets can be booked up to six months in advance. Once in Zillertal, train travellers remain mobile thanks to buses, bikes and more trains, some of which are even free of charge.

Zillertal Public Transport

A service operates every half an hour from Jenbach Station (inter-city station) to Mayrhofen, using either the Zillertalbahn train or buses from the Zillertaler Verkehrsbetriebe transport company.

Four Seasons Travel has a cooperative agreement with Zillertal and also offers its 24h-Transfer-Service to guests arriving by train. You will be picked up at Jenbach station and taken to your accommodation in the Zillertal Valley.

Travelling with DB

Take the trains of the (DB) German Rail to your holiday! Travelers can travel quickly and conveniently to Jenbach via the ICE hub at Munich. Thanks to "BahnCard - Rail Card" discounts or super-saver tickets, you can travel incredibly reasonably to Mayrhofen. FAMILIES are offered extra special savings: children under the age of 15 years can travel with parents or grand-parents free of charge!

Motorail Train
