The Zillertal Activcard is your perfect holiday companion. It serves as a ticket for cable cars and public transport, as well as an entrance and discount card. It is available for 3, 6, 9 or 12 days and can be purchased from 16.00 hrs on the eve of the first day of validity.

Deposit per chip card: Euro 2,00 Children's Discounts: Children born in 2019 or later travel free. Children born in 2010-2018 pay the child rate. Children's fares are available at the ticket offices and cannot be booked online. Family Ticket: If parents purchase two adult tickets, their children (born in up to and including 2010) travel free. (identity card required).

Gut zu Wissen: Familien können alle Möglichkeiten der Zillertal Activcard besonders günstig nutzen. Beim Kauf von 2 Erwachsenenkarten (Eltern) fahren deren Kinder bis einschließlich Jahrgang 2010 gegen Ausweisvorlage gratis. Kinder ab Jahrgang 2019 und jünger werden kostenlos befördert.
FAQs Zillertal Activcard
After completing the purchase, you will receive a confirmation email containing a QR-Code with which you can pick up your ticket from one of our pick-up machines at the opened cable car stations.
On the 1st day of validity, the booking confirmation incl. ID presentation is valid as a ticket for travel on the included means of transport to the cable car.
You can select the adult ticket by specifying the ticket holder as an ‘adult’. You can then purchase the desired ticket for the selected duration.
A family ticket becomes available when you add multiple tickets. You can then select the appropriate ticket for each family member - for both adults and children. This makes it easy to create a ticket package for the whole family.

The Zillertal Activcard can be purchased on site at the ticket offices of the mountain railways from 29 May to 26 October 2025.
The Zillertal Activcard can be purchased online from 14 June to 12 October.
- Scan the QR-code which you can find on your voucher or in your wallet - The scanned product is now visible on the screen of the pick-up machine - Confirm the product on the touchscreen by tapping on "OK" - Your Zillertal Activcard will be printed immediately and can be taken from the box below

Children discount: The children's price is valid for all children born between 2010 and 2018. Children born in 2019 or later can enjoy all the card benefits free of charge.
Family ticket: When buying two adult tickets your children (born in or after 2010) travel for free.
Children's tickets and free tickets for children are only available at the cash desks on presentation of ID available, not bookable online.
Please note that all dogs must be kept on a lead and muzzled on all cableways and offers on the mountain. Muzzles are available at the ticket offices of the cable car stations.
