Online Bookings Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to Accommodation Agreements completed online. The Accommodation Agreement is concluded between the Guest and Accommodation Provider. The person making the online booking (Guest) is also liable for the costs incurred by fellow travellers in his/her group booking. Mayrhofen Tourist Board is only responsible for making the information and reservation system available. The use of such information does not constitute any legal relationship between the Accommodation Provider and/or guest with the Mayrhofen Tourist Board. The Accommodation Provider is obliged to properly fulfil his/her legal obligations with regards to the Accommodation Agreement General Terms & Conditions (ONLINE SHOP AND ROOM BOOKINGS)
