Where the butcher used to be is now "THE BUTCHER BAR".Zsommsitzn and ratschn, yes, that is truly in the blood of us Tyroleans. Probably the snowy winters are to blame. For when winter came in the valleys in the past, life came to a standstill. Well, almost. Because the road to the neighbors was always clear and since the field work rests in winter, there was enough time for a Stamperl or two or – here we better stop, because the Tyroleans not only produce good brandy, but also like to taste it. But actually we are at our Butcher Bar and Zsommsitzn and Ratschn. That's enough here. And not only for schnapps (although we have very special delicacies in stock)
