SK Hippach

Description

The SK-Raiffeisen Hippach was founded as the sixth soccer club of the Zillertal on April 2, 1973. Driving forces were founding chairman Franz Klausner, VD Konrad Schiestl and Josef Hotter (Melcher).

A hobby team already existed at the beginning of the seventies, which often played friendly matches and participated in tournaments. For lack of an own soccer field however forced always away.

1971 it came over private initiative of Bgm. Johann Dengg from Laimach to the establishment of the sports field on the Rahnerfeld. Thus the conditions were given for the admission of a regulated play enterprise in the area Schwendau/Hippach/Ramsau. With an exceptional permit from the Tyrolean Football Association, the SKH was allowed to play its first Whitsun tournament with guest teams from Germany in the spring of 1973, still without player passes.
