In Austria’s first show dairy you will learn how your favourite products are made and take a look behind the scenes of hay milk processing. Look over the shoulder of our cheese makers and find out how the hay milk comes from the alpine pasture into the packerl. You can also experience the quality and taste of our creamy yoghurt variety directly during the “Enjoyment Spoon. ” Because with us feasting is just part of it!
