The Landhaus Rauch is located in Schwendau in Zillertal - in a very quiet location with a wonderful view in the Zillertaler Alps. In a few steps you reach the Horbergbahn of the Mayrhofner Bergbahnen. We are an ideal vacation spot in summer as well as in winter times, we connect quiet and central proximity. In only a 30min walk through the marvelous landscape you reach the centrum of Mayrhofen in Zillertal. We provide you numerous activities: hiking trips in the Zillertaler Naturepark, Biketours, swimming activities in our outdoor swimming pools as well as other action doings. In Winter after an amazing skiing tour we offer relaxation. You can safely leave your car on a parking lot at our house - it is much nicer to stroll around in our nature.
