The ski or village bus stop is just 200 meters away. (Line D to Penkenbahn and Horbergbahn)

The nearest train station is about 400 meters away. (Demand stop "Bichl")

On 2 floors (8 adults 2 children) or 3 floors (from 10 adults), this property extends with a floor space of approximately 250 m². A more than spacious living room and adjoining conservatory, cozy TV lounge, dining area for 12 people, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 4-6 bedrooms, billiard room, sauna with shower and toilet complete this holiday dream.

On the 1st floor there is a little garconnaire with extra entrance, complete closed.(No sauna using)
