Come and visit our tranquil holiday apartment. It's spacious and ideally suited for 4 people in 75m² of living space.

The cosy, spacious "Apartment Josef" holiday apartment is located on the top floor (1st storey) of our new house that was built in 2014.

You'll find an attractively furnished living-cum-dining-kitchen with a large dining table and a corner bench. You'll also find a sofa suite and a flat screen TV there.

The two bedrooms are equipped with double beds and therefore each offer space for two people. A TV is available in one of the bedrooms.

The bathroom has a rain shower. There's also an additional separate WC.

The holiday apartment is bright, pleasantly flooded with light and kitted out with underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi is available.

The 15m² west balcony with beautiful views is an inviting place to while away some time.

The holiday apartment lies between Ramsau and Mayrhofen. That makes it the ideal starting point for discovering the Upper Zillertal valley in both summer and winter.

Two guesthouses and a beverage shop are located right next to the house. Further guesthouses and a supermarket can be found within a radius of 1km.

Ski bus stop for the Zillertal Arena ski area (Zell/Ziller) and the Zillertal 3000 (Mayrhofen) right outside the house.
