Every Tuesday from December to April we organize various winter hikes in the Zillertal. Where the hike takes place depends on the snow conditions and the weather forecast. The hike is led by a Dutch, German and English-speaking mountain guide.
On this winter hike, we try to minimize the altitude so that the hike is accessible to everyone. The duration of the hike also depends on the snow conditions and the weather forecast, but we are on the road from 09.00 to 12.00 on average.
We always try to coordinate the hikes in such a way that we come across a beautiful mountain hut and of course beautiful views along the way.

What to look out for:
Don't dress too warmly, but work with layers so that you can always take something off when you're exerting yourself and put on clothes when it gets colder.
Take plenty of fluids with you, in extreme cold water bottles or a camel bag can freeze.
Bring a well-insulated canteen with warm water or tea.
Bring plenty of food, including a bar of chocolate to take with you on the go.
Put on waterproof and sturdy shoes.
Of course, don't forget to bring your camera/camera to capture the day's experiences!
