06.00 p.m. - Start of the culinary experience:
Christina Steindl opens the dinner with an exquisite four-course menu that celebrates the unique flavors of Nikkei cuisine. Each course is carefully presented and accompanied by selected wines.
11:00 p.m. - Gin tasting:
After dinner, a specially curated gin tasting invites you to discover different types of gin. An expert will guide you through the tasting and share interesting details about the selected gins.
00.00 a.m. - Free time and cozy get-together:
Guests are free to spend the evening as they wish, whether by continuing conversations, listening to relaxing music or simply enjoying the starry sky.
08.30 a.m. the next morning - breakfast:
Start the new day with a hearty breakfast for all overnight guests. This gives everyone the opportunity to review the experiences of the previous evening and start the journey home feeling refreshed.
